ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE

All lilaac bookkeepers are university students or graduates and many are CPA's.

We rank them in three grades:

​

Junior – Junior bookkeepers are typically new graduates with a relevant degree and up to 11 months of relevant working experience.

Intermediate – A typical intermediate bookkeeper is a university graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Senior – Most senior bookkeepers have 3+ years of relevant experience.
